My tracking says my order is delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

All order are sent with a signature required on delivery, but in some cases where the shipping address is deemed safe, the parcel will be left at your shipping address. The parcel will normally be left at your front door or mailbox, but can sometimes be hidden out of sight behind pot plants or in a car port. For secure apartment blocks the parcel may also be left with a front desk or in a general parcel delivery area if the driver cannot access your front door. Please ensure you have checked all around your address to make sure you haven't missed your order and if you require further information please contact our courier company with your tracking number ready.

In some cases your order will be returned to the depot for redelivery another day or taken to your local post office for collection. Your tracking should show this information, but please make sure you check your mailbox or front door for a failed delivery card.
